Building freezes when building Universal 3D Sample/Cinematic Studio Project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Universal 3D Sample project
2. Open Build Settings (File -> Build Settings)
3. Deselect all of the scenes apart from "TerminalScene"
4. Build the Project
Expected result: The project begins building and status near the status bar is being updated
Actual result: The project build freezes and nothing is happening, after moving the mouse Unity is unresponsive
Reproducible with: 2022.3.34f1, 6000.0.7f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.33f1, 6000.0.6f1
Reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.0 (M1), Mac Intel and MacOS 1.4.0
Not reproduced with: Windows 10
