BuildConfiguration component is shown twice in Inspector when switching to Inspector from another window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1398998Repro.zip" project
2. Open Collaborate window (Window > Collaborate)
3. In the Project window select "Empty Build Configuration" Build Configuration
4. Open the Inspector window (Window > General > Inspector)
Expected result: BuildConfiguration component is shown once
Actual result: BuildConfiguration component is shown twice
Reproducible with: Platforms 0.9.0-preview.9 (2020.3.26f1, 2020.3.32f1), Platforms 0.50.0-preview.4 (2020.3.26f1, 2020.3.32f1).
Not reproducible with: Platforms 0.8.0-preview.7 (2020.3.26f1, 2020.3.32f1)
