BuildAssetBundles creates an extra empty assetbundle for the output folder
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Click Assets -> Build Bundles
3) Notice in the Output folder there is empty Output assetbundle
4) If you change the outputPath it will still create an empty bundle(f.e. Assets)
