Build window is black and unable to access when "Webplayer" API is missing
I am unable to change the player build platform over and unable to access the menu. Only work around is opening in older version of Unity (or perhaps adding the webplayer module).
Steps to repro.
1. Open attached project.
2. Open Scene "Test"
3. Select a gameobject and hit "f"
4. go to File > Build Settings
