Build takes much longer in 5.4 compared to 5.2 when Standard shader is added to always included shaders
Reproduction steps
------------------------
1) Open user's project
2) Build it
--- It will take about 15-20 minutes to build in 5.4.0b25
--- Takes 5 minutes in 5.3.5p7
--- Takes 2 minutes in 5.2.4f1
--- In 'Project Settings -> Graphics' Standard shader is added to the list of always included shaders
