Build Profiles Window top Buttons leave blue edges after user clicks on them and Labels are not centered
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Navigate to File > Build Profiles...
3. Try pressing any of the options in the top bar of the Build Profiles Window
4. Observe the Button label padding
Actual result: Option buttons have a blue edge either on both or one of the sides when clicked, the blue edge lingers after the window is closed as if the button is focused. The Button labels have no padding on the top
Expected result: Buttons don't have these blue focused state edges, just as there aren't any in the rest of the Editor. The Button labels should be have even padding so that the label is centered
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19 and other streams (New Build Target Framework)
