[Build Profiles] UWP build target is visible on unsupported platforms
Steps to reproduce:
# Open any project (on Mac or Linux)
# Go to File>Build Profiles...
# Observe that Universal Windows Platform is available in the build target list
Actual result: UWP is erroneously displayed on Mac/Linux even though it is impossible to build on those platforms
Expected result: UWP is not displayed (as it is not displayed in the old Build Settings window, either)
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b3, 2023.3.0b6 using a non-Windows OS
