BugreporterV2 is not launched if Unity is started from a network drive
Steps:
Copy Unity to network drive
Launch Unity and crash it
Bugreporter is not launched.
Works if Unity is copied somewhere on local drive.
Could not test on Windows because Unity doesn't start from network drive.
