[BugReporter] Images should be previewable
To repro:
1. Go to BugReporter.
2. Add File -> Image or gif or video.
3. Press Preview.
4. Doubleclick on the image file in Attached Files list.
5. In Preview field decoded file is seen.
Desirable result: Image or video files (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, etc):
-- should not be previewed as file in decoded view;
-- shold be previewed as image.
