BugReporter 5.6.0a3 crashes in Windows
1. Run BugReporter 5.6.0a3 in Windows.
Actual result: In Win8.1 and 10 it won't launch at all. In Win7 it will show crash. Works fine in Mac.
Expected result: BugReporter Launches.
Regression since 5.6.0a2.
