Bug reporter opens when opening project from Unity after pushing changes to Collaborate
After pushing a project to Collaborate and going to File > Open Project... project opens, but Unity bug reporter is opened also.
To reproduce :
1. Open users attached project "swords_and_shovels_dev.zip"
2. Push the project to Collaborate
3. Navigate to File > Open Project...
4. Open another project or create a new one
Expected result: the project is opened
Actual result: the project is opened but Unity bug reporter is opened also
Reproduced on: 5.6.4p2 2017.3.0b6 2017.3.0b7 2017.3.0b11 2017.3.0f3 2018.1.0b6
Not reproduced on: 5.5.5p2
Notes: 2017.3.0b4 2017.3.0b5 2017.2.1p3 2017.1.3p1 pressing Open Project Unity closes and nothing happens
