Opening bug reporter throws error and does not open
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Bug Reporter (Help -> Report a bug)
Expected result: Bug reporter opens
Actual result: Error "This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem" is thrown and bug reporter does not open
Reproducible with: 2020.3.27f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.26f1
Notes: reproduced on Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS BigSur. Same error is thrown on forcing crash
