Bug reporter attaches wrong project (newest one, not the "working" project) when launched from editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project, name it Test_01
2. Once open, minimize the editor an create another Unity project, name it Test_02
3. Go back to Test_01 project editor
4. Click Help/Report a Bug
5. Notice the project attached is not Test_02 even thought the bug reporter was launched from Test_01 project editor
