Bug report fails then sends without attachment when uploading a .mov file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Hub
2. Click Troubleshooting > Report a bug
3. Fill all of the fields and upload the attached reprovideo1.mov file
4. Click SEND
5. After the "Something went wrong" message click SEND again
Expected result: the report is sent after step 4 and has the .mov file when viewed in Atlassian
Actual result: sending fails once, then after the second attempt the report is created without the .mov file
Reproducible with: Hub 3.4.1
Not reproducible with: Editor 2022.2.10f1
Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel), Windows 11
