Broken shadows in build when SSAO is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_27498”
2. Press File → Build And Run
Expected result: shadow is rendered
Actual result: no shadow is rendered
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a25
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.2.0b16
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Workaround: disable "Strip unused variants"
