BroadcastData received (on OnReceivedBroadcast) method data string always has a length of 512
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build a local player and run it
3. Click "Initialize Broadcast", then "Start Broadcasting"
4. Go back to the editor, and click play
5. Click "Initialize Broadcast", the"Listen for Broadcast"
6. Notice that the console shows the default data ("HELLO") but the length is always 512
Expected result: data string should have a length of its input
Actual result: data string always has a length of 512
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0a2 , 2017.3.0b6, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.1.2p2, 5.6.4p1, 5.5.5p1

As UNet is Deprecated we are moving to low maintenance mode, where critical issues can get fixes.
Closing this bug as part of cleaning-up the Bug List.
