Bright brim appears around the object when the object is painted with a fully alpha channel
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "wetnesstest2.zip"
2. Open the Scene window
3. Move around and look at the "puddles"
Expected result: No brim around "puddles"
Actual result: Bright brim is around "puddles"
Reproducible with: 7.3.1 (2019.4.31), 10.7.0 (2020.3.20f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.25f1), 12.1.0 (2021.2.0b17), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a12)
Notes:
- The issue is reproducible in the Editor and in the Build
- Open Assets>wetmap1 to see no brim around
