Box for multiline tooltips isn't sized correctly when hovering mouse over user created editor button
To reproduce:
1.Download and Open attached project
2.Open user created editor window by going to Menu->Tooltip Bug ->MyWindow
3.Hover mouse over Button 1 and Button 3
Expected result: Button tooltip box being sized according to text amount.
Actual result: Button tooltip box is wider than expected with blank space in it.
Reproduced with:5.4.3f1, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0b3, 5.3.7p2, 5.2.5f1
