Bolt plugin restarts its Setup Wizard after clicking on Generate Inspectors
How to reproduce:
1. Open User's attached project "Blocky gAME.zip"
2. In the project, open the Bolt Setup Wizard
3. In the Hierarchy window add the GameObject
4. In the Bolt Setup Wizard, go to the fourth step "Inspectors" and press "Generate Inspectors"
-- The Bolt Setup Wizard will revert to its first step
Expected result: The Bolt Setup Wizard proceeds to the next step
Actual result: The Bolt Setup Wizard reverts to the first step
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.3.0a6
Note: This problem reproduces when are two or more objects in the Hierarchy window
