Blue line stays if you disable RectTransform snapping when holding action key down while a blue line is present
1. have button with image as child in scene
2. when moving around the image it will snap to blue lines
3. drag it in the scene so that a blue line is visible
4. now hold down crtl: snapping is disabled but the blue line stays
