Bloom effect is not applied when build platform is set to Android or iOS
To reproduce:
1. Download and open attached "SpriteGlow.zip" project.
2. Switch Build platform to Android or iOS.
3. Notice that there is no bloom effect in Game View.
Expected result: Bloom effect is seen on objects in game view.
Actual result: Bloom is only seen in the scene and not in game view when Build platform is set to android.
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0a2, 2017.3.0b6, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.1.2p2, 5.6.4p1.
Notes: Everything works fine on Standalone and WebGL platforms. Bloom effect fails on Android and iOS build platforms.
