BlendShape names are empty when they are with Unicode characters
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2018BUG.zip" project
2. Open the "BUG" Scene
3. Expand the "U_Chan" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Select the "Body" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Observe the BlendShapes names in the Inspector window
Expected result: All BlendShape names are shown
Actual result: Some of the BlendShape names are empty
Reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.2.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.10f1, 2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a1
Note:
- Replacing all Unicode characters with non-Unicode characters fixes the issue
