Blend Tree are setting wrong float values when using rotation animation
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Press Play
3. Move the cursor in the Game View
Expected result: Player's arm rotation matches set angle parameter's value.
Actual result: Player's arm rotation does not match set angle parameter's value.
Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a1, 2018.2.9f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.11f1
