Blackboard Window width and height is set wrong therefore it's not appearing when using ShaderGraph
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Graphics
3. Place created Lightweight Render Pipeline Asset
4. Open PBR Graph. (Also tested to work with Unlit Graph)
5. Toggle Blackboard
Actual results: Blackboard width and height is set wrong
Expected results: Blackboard window working
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6
Not reproducible with 2017.4 and 2018.3 because there are no PBR or Unlit Graphs
