Black text is drawn instead of white when using EditorStyles.whiteBoldLabel
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1186034.zip' project
2. In the Editor open 'BugReport' > 'Open Window'
Expected result: label "0 1 2 3 4 5" is colored white
Actual result: label "0 1 2 3 4 5" is colored black
Reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a12
