[WebGL] Black screen frame appears in the WebGL Player when the Unity loading screen is over
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project with the WebGL platform
2. Build And Run the project (File > Build And Run)
3. Observe the Player and wait for the loading screen in the Player to be over
Expected result: No black frames in the Player
Actual result: A black screen frame appears in the Player after the loading is over
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.3f1, 2023.3.0a17
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note:
-The black screen frame does not appear 100% of the time, so the browser may have to be refreshed several times for the issue to be seen
-Issue is reproducible with the WebGL 2 Graphics API when the Color Space is set to Linear in the Player Project Settings
-Issue is reproducible on different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari
