[Big Sur] Crash on __abort_with_payload in build when asking for bluetooth permissions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Build and run
Expected result: The build asks for Bluetooth permission
Actual result: The build crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a17, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.0a16
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1 (compiler errors)
Note: Not reproducible with Catalina 10.15.7

this issue is reproducible on macOS Monterey on unity version which are mentioned to be fixed for.
Bluetooth permission is requested however scanning for devices doesn't return anything, same behavior as if bluetooth permission not granted.
