[Batching] UI is not batched correctly on ATI Radeon video cards
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene TestScene.unity
3. Turn on the Stats window in the Game view
4. Play the scene
- Note in the Stats window that there are way more batches than there should be
