[Batching] Static batching is not working
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and test.scene
2) Enable Static Batch object and disable Dynamic Batch
3) Play and in the profilers Renderer see, that Static Batching doesn't produce any datas
4) Open the Stats in Game View - no Saved by batching
5) Look at the comparison with 5.3 in screenshots
Expected: Static batching works and shows how it works
Actual: Static batching doesn't work
