Base Prefab is referenced in Unity Event when making specific revert on Prefab Variant
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1287926.zip" project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, select Prefab and observe Some Value value in the Inspector (value is 2)
3. Disable Prefab GameObject and enter the Play mode
4. Move Player GameObject onto the Variant GameObject and back
5. Exit the Play mode
6. In the Hierarchy window, select Prefab and observe Some Value value in the Inspector again
Expected result: value is 2
Actual result: value is 3
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a4
