Regression
Yes
Baking lighting with the Progressive GPU or CPU lightmapper hangs and never finishes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "LightmappingHang.zip"
2. Open the "LightmanScene" scene
3. In the Lighting window, click Generate Lighting
Expected results: The lighting successfully generates
Actual results: The generation hangs and the ETA constantly increases
Reproducible with: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1
Notes:
1. The workaround for GPU Lightmapper is to toggle off the Prioritize View checkbox
2. Seems to be caused by some very specific settings in the attached project. Reducing Lightmap Resolution, Lightmap Size, changing the Lightmap Parameters to Defaults fixes the behavior.
