[GPU PLM] Texel validity artifacts for objects that are far away from the center of the scene
Objects that are further than 2046 units away from the center of the Scene (0,0,0) produce visual artifacts when baking Lightmaps using the "Progressive GPU (Preview)"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "LightmapTest.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the Lighting window (Window > Rendering > Lighting)
4. Make sure that the Lightmapper setting is set to "Progressive GPU (Preview)"
5. Press the "Generate Lighting" button
6. Open the Game window
Expected result: No visual artifacts are visible on the "Far Cube" GameObject
Actual result: Visual artifacts are visible on the "Far Cube" GameObject
Workaround is to toggle Double Sided Global Illumination flag on the "Far Cube" gameobject and rebake GI.
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a10
Note: Not reproducible using the "Progressive CPU"

Resolution Note:
These artifacts are caused by 32 bit floating point precision limitations. Currently, Progressive Lightmappers do not support 64 bit floating point precision. This feature request is in our backlog.
