[ReflectionProbes] Baked Reflection Probe data does not get reloaded after closing and reopening editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/test.unity
3. Select the Reflection Probe in the scene and Bake it
- Notice the scene changes
4. Save the scene and project
5. Quit and restart Unity
- Note how the reflection probe is no longer baked
- The .exr files for baked probes are present in the Assets folder

Well, it happens to me all the time when using the Bake button on a separate probe. If I use the Lighting panel and use the Build button there, it does the build for all my probe and it somehow keeps the probes "attached" to their respective exr.
