Baked Lightmap is not applied to the scene after reopening the scene/project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1348242.zip"project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Select Window/Rendering/Lighting and Generate Lighting
3. Observe the scene lighting
4. Reopen the SampleScene scene and observe its lighting
Expected result: the scene lighting is the same
Actual result: the scene lighting is reverted to a non-baked state
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0a9, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a2
Note: The baked Lightmap is still present but not applied
