GI Scene Visualizations and Preview display incorrect results
GI scene visualizations and preview display overbright results
Reproduction steps:
1) Open the scene `t1` or create a lightmap static object in the scene
2) Build the lighting
3) Switch the scene view from `Shaded` to `Baked`
4) Observe the bug. The baked scene view and preview are overbright.
Notes:
- Reproducible in 5.6.0b1 and onward
- Not reproducible in 5.6.0a3, 5.6.0a5, 5.6.0a6
