[Backport] [VideoPlayer] Buffer overflow warnings when we start playing VP8 video with increased playback speed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play Far Plane scene. Video will start playing
3. Press "PlaybackSpeed" button in the scene and slide up to increase the value (~3)
4. Press ">|" Nex video button
5. VP8 video starts playing
Actual result: AudioSampleProvider buffer overflow. ... sample frames discarded warning is spawned
Expected result: There is no such warning spawned
Note: if you continue with the same playback speed to the next H264 video, warning stop
Reproducible: 2019.4.21f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2021.1.1f1.2209.3, 2021.2.0a10.1508
