[Backport] Shader.worldPosition interferes with drawing of the Shader when using DrawMeshInstanced

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Click on the "Use Matrix" button
5. Observe the Game View

Expected result: The yellow cubes are still visible
Actual result: The yellow cubes disappear

Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4
