[Backport] Editor crash on loading project with Vulkan set as the graphics API
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1255713.zip' project
2. In the 'Project Settings' > 'Player' set the graphics API to Vulkan
3. Reload the project

Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0a22, 2020.1.13f1, 2020.2.0a11, 2020.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a21, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0a10
