[Backport] Asset importer errors on the initial import of prefabs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Delete the attached projects Library folder
2. Open the project
3. In the Project View navigate to Assets/Julhiecio TPS Controller/Prefabs/Vehicles
Expected results: No errors regarding importing
Actual results: "\[Worker0] Tried select unknown importer for id '-2' '00000000000000000000000000000000'" error is produced
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.0a4
Notes:
- Reproduces on both Mac and Windows
- Seems to reproduce on the initial import upon opening the folder the prefabs are in. Once the prefabs are imported, the issue no longer reproduces and the prefabs seem to function correctly
