Changes made to the Background Tasks window size are reverted after opening it while tasks are running
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project with the HDRP template
2. Go Window -> Rendering -> Lighting
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Lighting tab and press Generate Lighting
4. Click on the Background Progress bar in the bottom-right corner of Unity Engine
5. Resize the Background Tasks window and close it
6. Reopen the Background Tasks window
Expected results: The Background Tasks window is resized
Actual results: The Background Tasks window is the default size
Reproducible with: 2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a18
Could not test with: 2019.4.27f1, 2018.4.35f1 (Background Tasks window not available)
Note:
-Opening the Background Tasks window in from Window menu does not reproduce the issue
