Background image scaling changes when changing VisualElement border color opacity
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “border-test.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode and press the “Down” button, then observe the image in the square
Expected result: Image scaling hasn’t changed
Actual result: Image scaling has changed
Reproducible with: 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.19f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2020.3.48f1 (Errors after project downgrade)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Note: reproducible in the Editor and the Standalone Player (macOS)
User’s workaround: place the background image on a child VisualElement
