Awaitable async methods NextFrameAsync, EndOfFrameAsync, and FixedUpdateAsync are creating a deadlock when Time.timeScale is 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Awaitable Bugs.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: "After await NextFrameAsync" is printed in the Console window
Actual results: "After await NextFrameAsync" is not printed in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0b8
Could not test with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.19f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
