Avatar Mapping tab closes on clicking anywhere in the Scene view when using 2 Inspector windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the user's project "Inspector Bug.zip"
2. Add another Inspector tab to the project (Inspector > Settings > Add Tab > Inspector)
3. Click on Assets/Proxy_Female/Proxy_FemaleAvatar
4. In the Inspector, click on Configure Avatar
5. Click anywhere in the Scene view or the Hierarchy
Expected result: Avatar Mapping tab stays open
Actual result: Avatar Mapping tab closes
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a11, 2020.3.6f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.25f1, 2018.4.34f1, 2020.1.0a9
