"Auto Refresh" setting is grayed out and uneditable
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “3d_simpleCode.zip“ project
2. Observe the “Auto Refresh“ field in “Edit > Preferences… > Asset Pipeline”
Expected result: The field is editable
Actual result: The field is grayed out and uneditable
Reproducible in: 2021.3.26f1, 2022.3.0f1
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.13f1
Fixed in: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Could not reproduce on a new project
- there is also a warning under the “Auto Refresh“ field saying “Auto Refresh must be set when using Collaboration feature“
- No collaboration-related packages are installed or activated in the project
