[Auto] Baked lighting breaks after reloading a scene via script when Auto Generate is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project and open SampleScene02
2. Make sure that Auto Generate is enabled in the Lighting window
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press Spacebar to reload the scene
5. Notice that the indirect lighting breaks
