AudioSource.isPlaying is set to false when Audio is being played through a Playable Director
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "Timeline Audio Source" project
2. Open "asd" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected Result: AudioSource.isPlaying returns true
Actual Result: AudioSource.isPlaying returns false
Reproducible with 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13
