AudioClipPlayable played with first couple of frames skipped
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project ("AudioClipPlayable Bug.zip")
2. Load "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press the "Play" button in the Game View
Expected results: "Ui_Tip.ogg" gets played the whole length
Actual results: "Ui_Tip.ogg" gets played with the first 2 frames skipped (sound different than the original sound)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.30f1 (Errors downgrading)
