AudioClip returns the wrong length and sample count in Play mode when audio is generated in Audacity program
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test scene and press Play
3. Check console
Actual result: The length and sample count of audio clip with bit rate mode: variable and quality of 65-105kbps is double the size than audio clip with bit rate mode: Constant and quality 64kbps
Expected result: the length and sample count should be the same
Reproduced with: 2017.4.30f1; 2019.3.0a10
