Audio Time in WebGL doesn't update
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Play scene in the editor and see that the texts update as the music plays
4. Build & Run the game using the default WebGL export settings
5. Play the scene and note that the two values get set to 2 (seconds) and 96000 (samples) and do not properly update
