audio effects keep on playing when stopping the scene
-e: certain effects in a mixer keep in playing after the scene has been stopped which is a but weird since people are used to everything stopping after exiting play mode
-repro:
--open attached project or create a mixer/scene with an echo effect
--enter play mode
--stop play mode
--NOTICE how the echo effect keeps on playing until it is done echoing the music
